metastatic deposits of poorly differentiated carcinoma

28 yr male presented with a history of hoarseness of voice since 2 months. He had been into tobacco chewing and was a occasional drinker. He has lost a few kilos. Xray chest was normal. Mantoux test was POSITIVE. CT neck was suggestive of Left vocal cord palsy.
