28 yrs old non diabetic/non hypertensive Has these lesions only over right lower limb Not responding to oral antibiotics (amoxclav / levoflox for 7 days each with metro )routine investigations are normal Diagnosis and management?

Possibly secondary infection causing cellulitis. Adv antiinflammatories Step up Iv antibiotics Limb elevation and limb care. May require veinus Doppler study.
