B/l extensive reticulonodular infiltration Most likely military koch’s but must go for HRCT to rule out idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

Garland sign seen Sarcoidosis

I agree with you sir. Clinical history says male patient, But Cxray shows bil breast shadows, so possibly of female, and possibility of sarcoidosis again increased.
