Penile ulcer. ? Trumatic. ? Fungal Investigation for VDRL/ HIV/ Urine/ CBC should be ordered and than decide the final line of treatment. Ask the pt to avoid indulging in any sexual activity. Local anti fungal+antibiotic cream.. Better his partner should also be investigated for all Venerial diseases.

Penile ulcer ( traumatic or otherwise ) Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and treatment plan. Till reports complied. Antibiotics orally and locally. Analgesic antiinflammatory orally. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Keep area clean and covered with sterile gauge.

Presenting a case like this without any history specialy sexual history Is not proper. Try local application of Antifungal cream and avoide sexual intercourse. But take proper history ,he may pass it to others incase infected.

Pt already used luliconazole cream but lesion are increasing...not subside by lulicnzle
