Predominantly blasts noted, having moderate to abundant cytoplasm, mostly eccentric nucleus & nucleoli, admixed with myeloid cells.Definite peri nuclear hof not seen.Acute leukemia.Advised special histochemical stains,IHC & FCM. DDs : *Plasmablastic Leukemia. *Monoblastic Leukemia.
