Vaginitis Needs further investigations and evaluation to conclude diagnosis and line of treatment. Inj ceftum 500 mg iv bd slowly. Inj metrogyl 100 ml bd iv. PCM ibu TDS. Lukol tds. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply lulliconazole+ mupirocin oint locally bd. Luke warm solution wash throughly and gently. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally. Improve general health and personal hygiene. Maintain nutrition hydration and hygiene.
Folliculitis It can occur on both labia majora and vulva... Proper hygiene should be maintaining Tab. Pantop 1 tab. twice a day Tab. Zocon 150mg 1 tab weakly Tab. Lukol Tab. Nacfil forte 1 tab once daily Syr. Mensomed 10ml thrice daily
