30y/m C/o Blister like lession of tounge since 6 month. No pain, burnning ,no symptoms. No past medical and family history No h/o dm htn std etc Mild gastric pain some times. No dysphagia Vital normal All blood report normal ( cbc, esr, bsl thyroid, lipid profile vdrl hiv complete urine normal) Dx Rx

These are normal circumvallete papillae. If they look swollen and red definitely you can go ahead for medical consultation. Gastric consult. Otherwise these are normal anatomy
