32/f with breathlessness and dry cough x 10 days.no h/o chest pain hemoptysis.non smoker.no h/o occupational exposure.non diabetic.no h/o ptb.kindly comment on diagnosis and treatment.

Probably expiratory scan images. Peritracheal lymphadenopathy, diffuse GGos noted. Possibly inflammatory etiology.

Rule out Tuberculosis in this case. If HIV +ve then .. PCP and noninfective causes to be ruled out here.
