?? vericella zoster or shingles
32 years old female presented with 3 days history of these lesions over right side of back (lower part) with intense iching, these lesions were bigger in size on first day, then they decrease in size to now these present condition with needle like mild to moderate intensity pain on days 3rd & 3rd day of symptoms they start appearing on same side on anterior abdominal wall skin. No history of fever, no other comorbitities except history of fibrocystic disease of breast. No past history of same lesions. Please help me to the diagnosis, treatment and precautions.
