demyelinating polyneuropathy
33 yr old female presented with progressive weakness and tingling sensation in all 4 limbs, non-diabetic, power of limbs 4+/5 proximal and distal. No generalised hyporeflexia, only ankle reflex absent bilaterally. No long tract signs. cranial nerves normal. Pt able to walk independently. NCS characteristic of demyelinating polyneuropathy. pt refused admission. SPEP report awaited.
Clinical picture is suggestive of probable axonal type of poly radiculopathy - Axonal GBS. Exclude vasculitis.

K/c/o.T2 DM with HTN *Chief Complaints* One 56 yr old female c/o.B/L upper and Lower Limb weakness since 2 days progressive. *History* H/o.Loose motion multiple episode and after primary treatment pt feeling good but after 3day sudden dizziness and fall down due to Lower limb weakness, then after some time walking spontaneously but feeling numbness and tingling sensation in B/L upper and Lower Limb ,on and off vision problem after 4th day complaining above mentioned.

A female aged 50 yrs a K/C/O CLD (NAFLD) Portal HTN Decompensation Esophageal Varices (Post EVL) T2DM ,HTN presented with gradual onset of weakness and numbness in bilateral lower limbs which ascended slowly to involve all the 4 limbs and pt was left with quadriparesis in 6 days....H/O URTI present 1 week prior to the onset....All investigations related to Nerve function are given...Discuss the differential diagnosis and approach to the case....
