Antral Erythema

A 55 yr man came in hospital with complaint chest pain since morning , and lt sholder pain which goes back and tingling in lt limbs o/e. BP. 130/90 mmhg rr.. 16/min. Pulse.. 85/min. Pt. Also complain swating after few minut. These are the status of the patient.. Ecg done after few minutes. Shows these typical changes.. Now gause and reply.. Dignosis only..

63 year old female c/o ulcer in ant aspect of chest pain in both the breast. lower back ache and Rt shoulder joint pain patient is in distress quak had given some local medication since 3 year hw to proceed further poor destitute patient in govt setup

A 48 years female patient with complaints of shoulder pain and swelling. unable to lift the hand. she is diabetic and hypothyroid. she had vitD3 deficiency for which she is taking supplements. please diagnose and suggest management..

Hii this patient had left side brachial plexopathy cabg done in 2014. now get relief with medication.. but now he came with Right shoulder pain flexion is 90 abduction is 70 all painful movements..I checked resisted movt. Empty can and rotation all painful.. he had mild pain frm march and range was full that time.. frm 2- 3 days range reduced.. And while he is sleeping supine unable to put shoulder down.. and patient is having pain at the marked region only.. not at shoulder tip or else.. What can b d cause??

Hello, shoulder pain case- 43 year male having right shoulder pain after lifting heavy dumbles since 2 months on and off.. pain while moving shoulder in any direction, in Physio treatment- ultrasound, IFT, tapping and ice massage is going on, once after 1 week session pain was reduced 80% that time exercises was countinued but now again pain increased, what should I do now?? Please give ur suggestions is it rotator cuff tendinopathy or Ac joint dysfunction? And what other treatment will b beneficial?? Thanx..
