34 old male having ,bleeding gums,swollen gums,gastritis ,taken treatment last 2 yrs but relieved but reccur, diagnosis. treatment
Gums desication below incisors has given way and open the roots and nerve endings resulting deep scaling and staining. Thus frequent odentitis and periodentitis . With hypertrophied gums in other areas. Frequent infection is cause of bleeding. Here in this case it looks placing of tobacco at exposed gums hence beside local treatment and extraction i suggest to take the biopsy as well to r/o any cellular metaplesia.
Chronic generalized gingivitis Has the patient taken any dental opinion Bcoz doesn't look like he has undergone any dental treatment Heavy calculus deposits are visible which needs to be removed. Bcoz of which there is recession If he has habit of keeping tabacco quid at that place then tell him to stop his habit. Advice oral prophylaxis bleeding will stop in a week. Periodontal surgery will be needed
Gum recession with severe calculus deposit and stains. Advised for ultasonic scaling and root planing. kindly refer the patient to a dentist for the needful.

First go for deep sublingual scaling and root planing.for mandibular anteriors see if patient can save with graft surgery....when everything is done...educate patient the correct brushing technique ie from gums towards the tooth,correct choice of toothpaste PYX Perio paste and hydroxyl mouthwash,use of interdental brush or floss..and regular visit to dentist every 6 months
Deep subgingival scaling . Extraction of mobile lower front tooth/teeth. Restoration of the same

65 yo male came to opd wigh complaints of throat pain for past 2 months....on mouth examination showed slight yellowish discolouration....frequent episodes of heart burn reported and no discolouration of sclera. O/E showed 0.5 depression in T wave.... all other results were normal. suggest a probable diagnosis please
