35/Male with History of fever since 3 weeks Treated Opd with Azitromycin and Dolo Patient had continuous Temperature for which admitted Blood Investigation was send WHC: 12300, RFT: Normal , K: 3.2 , Na: 127 RMT: Negative, Dengue : Negative Urine Routine Puscells :25 . Patient Developed Severe Tremours Since 2 Days. Non Alcoholic and Smoker He is on Ciplox, Merogyl, Dolo, Pan, Emeset , K Correction done. Attached Video Kindly Guide me .

I don't think these tremors are drug induced These are not extrapyramidals. Pt is having leucocytosis and pus cells in urine mp is negative so also dengue profile may suggest for rheumatic causes do crp and aso titer . Take ecg r/omyocarditis also look for central causes.

?Drug induced tremor in a case of UTI.Urine for C/S to be done. Likely the drug is Onsansetron, though very rare chances.It is very rarely reported. Trihehexiphenydil may help.
