Respected sir Fever with weight loss with night sweating & cough persistent & family member tuberculosis history All are antecedents of tuberculosis

Respected sir this ECG Shows Sinus tachcardia with p wave height increase with v1 to v4 t wave inversion So go for Echo for pathological findings
