Uncontrolled diabetes with partial seizures

60 year male complaining of intermittent spasm of left side of face with spontaneous recovery within minutes to hours during this time he has dysarthria but after recovery his face is completely normal and there is no residual weakness since last one year. he is known case of type 2 Diabetes mellitus with uncontrolled diabetes with fasting blood sugar @ 140 and postprandial @ 240 . his other CNS examinations findings are normal. can it be a case of partial seizures and how to manage the case

Focal seizures will not last for hours. History is suggestive of TIA .How often he is getting the symptoms? Suggest MRI brain .Further management after NRI brain.

Thanks madam.ct has been done I m sending the reports. Early atrophic changes in reports. Mam do he still needs a Mri?. If yes please tell me I will suggest him to do it. Thanks
