Allergic contact darmatitis with secondary infection. Cap Wymox 500mg 6 hourly×5days, Mupirocin oint to apply locally followed by Momitasone oint to apply locally.Tab Levocetrizine5 mg BD×10days.Short course systemic steroids may be helpful. Avoid allergens pollutants irritants. Maintain personal hygiene.

Insect bites / ACD / ICD Inj Adrenaline 1:1000 1 amp s/c Inj voveran 2ml I'm stat Inj taxim 1 gm IV slowly. Clean area with diluted betadin lotion and apply calamine lotion then mupriocin oint locally. Ceftum 500mg BD. Levocet 5mg BD Pcm+ ibu TDS. Ovid 20 mg od. Keep area clean area dry covered with sterilize gauge. Good neutritious diet and plenty of liquid daily. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally. Regular and constant monitoring required.

Looks like infected Scabies but no h/o itching,thus it may be insect bites
