14 yrs girl Pt c/o these lesions with itching since 5 days .

ricketial fever typical skin rashes on third day of onset of fever

45 yrs old female , has a complain of generalised itching since 1 yr . If she scratches more then the area becomes red . She has to take antihistamines daily fr this itching .If she misses her drugs fr one day then this itching reappears . Diagnosis?

5 month old in ED presents with 24 hrs of non-stop dark yellow vomiting and a systemic rash that has been present for 10 days. Rash is everywhere but stomach and oozing. Mom had been on dairy restrictive diet and may have consumed some within last 3 days. Diapers have decreased substantially- but pt had 3 poopy “blowout” bowel movements after multiple days of constipation . Abdomen feels soft and non-tender. What is your treatment plan and possible diagnosis?
