36yrs old lady patient presents with a soft, cystic,nontender mobile swelling over left elbow for last 8 months, slowly increasing in size and attended the present size.

Inflammation of the bursa overlying the olecranon process at the proximal aspect of the ulna.. If the fluid continues to return after multiple drainings or the bursa is constantly causing pain, surgery to remove the bursa is an option.
