Mica (contains Potassium, magnesium, iron), indeed ?ALLERGIC CONTACT DERMATITIS/ICD. Short term 1mg/kg/day, Oral Prednisone would be effective, but It's debatable as the Pt is suffering from hypertension and thyroid abnormality; Topical potent Corticosteroid, ie Clobetasol; Coconut oil massage; Petroleum jelly, Emollients are effective. Sedative Antihistaminic at Hs. One wk absolute home rest could be beneficial, during treatment, though it's hardly possibly.

1). LSC.. 2&3)..ACD / ICD.. TOPICALLY STEROIDS.. TOPICALLY MOISTURISERS EMOLLIMENTS.. ORALLY ANTIHISTAMINICS LEVOCETIRIZINE USEFUL FOR ITCHING.. AVOID EXPOSURE TO ALLERGENS IRRITANT POLLUTION DUST..

ALLERGIC CONTACT DERMATITIS in right hand due to contact with detergents and LICHEN SIMPLEX CHRONICUS on dorsum of legs..... MICA is a sericite and it is safe to use on skin. Very rare sensitvity encountered on skin. It is commomly produces occupational lung infection called PNEUMOCONIOSIS.... Treatment: Avoid contact allergens like detergents and chemicals.. Tab fexofenadine daily night.. Clobetasol and salicylic acid creams.. Good moisturizers... Softening of the skin by dipping into the KMno4 solution for 20 mts before application.... Dermojet Dermojet steroid and salicylic acid spray. Using of PH 5 and non sensitive soaps .
