45 yrs /m , c/o redness of eye for 7days . H/o instilling some e/drops with no improvement. vn is 6/24. dx & rx ?. thanks.

Generalized congestion, post blepharitis with some infiltrates are present in upper part of cornea, seems fungal keratitis.....keratitis medicamentosa are usually seen in lower sector...do KOH mount and start with standard protocol of keratitis... What about pain? Looks like steroid abuse fungal keratitis.. Corneal haze due to oedema. To treat with topical antibiotics n natamycin hourly. cycloplegics bd.. Reacess over 48hr.
