28 year non smoker male complaining of blue discoloration of tongue for 3 months, otherwise he is well, no history of dyspnea, blood pressure is normal, pulse rate, respiratory rate are normal.

If the patient has no history of HTN and his coagulation profile is also normal then what could be reason for this haemorrhaget??
