47 yrs old female k/c/o Diabetes. H/o reccurent fever since 1yr, hair loss and weakness. Hmg, LFT creatinine BUL TSH ESR and Hb electrophoresis done. TLC - 8200 P- 50% L - 41% HB - 7.8 ESR - 35 HB electrophoresis-WNL rest all is normal WBCs are absolutely normal looking HBA1c is - 10.7%. it looks just a nutritional deficiency anaemia to me but she is fearing Leukaemia as her UK Doctor after seeing symptoms told her she is having leukaemia. Please give your valuable opinion
