In this age group and the given risk factor, R/o carcinoma with a biopsy. Other differentials include: - Candidiasis - Oral Lichen Planus

It's curdy white ... If Scrapable - oral candidiasis... If Non scrapable - oral lichen planus ( plaque type ..which is nothing but form of reticular lichen planus only )
