NORMAL PRESSURE HYDROCEPHALUS

New Case 62 yr old ,M, No known comorbidities,non vegetarian ,presentedwith progressive difficulty in walking since 6 months,occassional urinary incontinence in the form of prevoidal dribbling 4 months and difficulty to remember the name of his close relatives and friends for 4 months . The wife stated that two times he failed to bring the pass book from the tressary and this month she accompanied with him.On a few occassions he failed to get the balance after purchasing things from the near by shop. On exam BP 130/ 80 mmhg.MMSE22/ 30,intact cranial nerves,gr 5/ 5 power, adductor spasm both lower limbs,DTRs hyperactive in the lower limbs, plantars downgoing with intact sensations.What abnormality in the MRI ..
