POSSIBLY PSORIASIS SECONDARY. TO OCCUPATIONAL CONTACT. DERMATITIS

Thank you for tagging. It is psoriasis. Dry scaly lesions with. Extensor predilection scrap the scale and look for bleeding point (dilated capillary loop)The Auspitz sign. Chronic eczema is DD ,but in the absence of lichenification and pigmentation it is excluded. Biopsy for final diagnosis . History should be eloberate and helpful.
