27/Female 4 month pregnency with history of swelling and pus discharge in both axilla history of I&D done 2 years back but again presented like this picture kindly let me know the treatment

Dear All plz solve this case, 10 yrs female pt presenting with h/o recurrent left axillary infection with pus discharge. kindly diagnose this case & suggest me line of treatment.

25 yr old male having dis problem since 2 yr..pus discharge...no dm..htn..pls suggest rx nd dx..mild pain

Young female having this type of lesions in the axilla bilaterely with of and on fever.No cough weight loss or appetite loss.As per patient it started as nodular lesions that ulcerated later.Kindly opine.What could be the d/d.Thanks.
