Angular cheilitis (? traumatic) Needs further investigations and evaluation to conclude diagnosis and line of treatment. Multi vitamins and antioxidants orally. Improve general health and personal hygiene. Green leafy vegetables and fresh fruit and plenty of liquid. Boroglycerin locally.

Angular Cheilitis. Probably Traumatic Ulcer on rt. buccal mucosa, but malignancy should be ruled out if ulceration don't respond to routine management within 3wks.
