50yrs/M, by Profession he is a Porter, having these kind of flaky, dandruff like scaly, burning n pruritic lesions on Face, neck n both dorsum of hands(mild edematous), for last 4 -5yrs. Burning senHe is chronic alcholic What is these lesions? Photodermatitis or Seborrheic Dermatitis or Psoriasis? or Anything Else..???

As the exposed parts are involved might be a case of pellagra Ddx photodermatitis Psoriasis Lamellar ichthyosis

Sebhorric dermatitis is not common on hands. If similar lesions are present, also, on knee, elbow think of psoriasis. Photodermatis may be a possibility along with contact dermatitis

Photo dermatitis/ irritant contact dermatitis D/d Lamellar ICTHYOSIS

Icthyosis may possible but it is mostly seasnal
