patient complain of discoloration of tounge since 1 year.....plzz suggest me proper treatment plan

25/ f , known DM from past 10 yrs presented to my clinic with chronic oral ulcers from past 1 yr!! I adviced riboflavin, zinc and zytee gel, would you suggest anything doctors??

Is this Lichen Planus? She has been under treatment for LP Lesion present over scalp and she says it's itchy Secondly she has dandruff too She also showed oral lesions over her buccal mucosa I have prescribed tacrolimus .03% for oral lesions For scalp I have asked to do candid b lotion massage on scalp and wash with ketoconazole shampoo 2% twice weekly. Over that lesion on scalp, I have asked to apply eumosone ointment twice daily Please give differentials and line of management
