53 year old male not brdridden, non-diabetic, non-hypertensive

53 year old male, non-smoker, non-hypertensive, non-diabetic, non-bedridden with chief complaints of itching, on the buttocks (gluteal region) since 3 months, insidious in onset and gradually progressing. No History of pain, fever, etc. Using Ring gaurd (Miconazole Nitrate, Neomycin Sulphate) for itching from past 2 months). Possible diagnosis and further management? Image below depicts current status of lesion on the gluteal region (buttocks);
