Sinus tachycardia, regular, 125 bpm, Axis - normal, RWP - good, ST depression in v2- V5. V6 is not seen. Anterior wall ischaemia. Maintain BP, < 130/ 80. CBC, Lipid profile, Thyroid profile, kidney profile, Urine for RE and ME, 24 hr Holter monitoring. TMT, 2D-Echocardiography, X-ray CS AP and lateral view. Use Beta blocker Metoprolol / Nebevolol etc. For symptomatic relief use cinerizine / Betahistine etc

Look for postural hypotension ,holter,carotid Doppler nothing find in above inv mri brain
