Likely to be Primary Cns Lymphoma in immunocompetent patient due to lack of necrosis , hemorrhage​ and solid enhancement .. should be B cell lymphoma., Other DDS are unlikely - mets , demyelination ..

Consecutive 2 haemorrhagic spot, may b lymphoma or haemorrhagic stroke or neurocysticercosis..

Two frontal haemorrhages.....? Hypertensive?

Get a contrast mri before 4 days
