56yr old male complained of itching in left eye since 2 months. no blurring of vision. no photophobia. o/e no signs of allergic conjunctivitis. schirmer 1 showed 8mm. and the limbus showed a white mass. non tender soft. patient haven't noticed this before. so don't know how long is it there or is it progressive. diffrentials
