Dr Mohan it is Goldenhaar syndrome. It is extremely variable in severity. It is associated with abnormalities of face, ears, eyes, mouth and bones of spinal column. Vertebral anomalies ( Hemivertebra) are very common. Evaluate for deafness. Do ECHO for Congenital heart disease. USG ABDOMEN AND KUB for renal anomalies.
Goldenhar syndrome orOculo auriculo vertebral syndrome ,Preauricular tag,?tragus absent, peeauricular tag on oro tragal line, should look for soft palate, lips, nose deformity, hearing loss scoliosis.
Trochelmans skin tag, over cheek and preauricular tag may be associated with sinus. Exclude Goldenhar syndrome This indicate future deafness /hearing loss and kidney problems
