6 years child came with c/o high grade fever on 9th Sept. No rigors of rashes, common cold with enlarged tonsils. Treated with Ibu, Augmentin and Antihistamines. improved significantly. Today he came with vesicles om both hands. is it scabies or chickenpox or drug related reaction?

Chiken pox. Antiviral and antipyretic orally. Calamine lotion locally. Good nutritious diet and increased fluid intake. Improve general health and personal hygiene.

Chicken pox. A highly contagious viral infection which causes an itchy, blister-like rash on the skin. caused by the varicella zoster virus.  infection spreads in a similar way to colds and flu.
