Uncontrolled diabetic Grossly raised sr creatinine46.38 Pt has clinical albuminurea and ratio suggest podocyte damage or early diabetic nephropathy to decide for dialysis Here this pt will need dialysis as creatinine is high To me this report looks unreliable What clinical examination is suggesting and what is condition of pt Repeat the investigations
