60 year old male , with large lump occupying whole of abdomen. History of previous operation, details not known Usg also shows a big nodule in the liver Both the aspirations from liver and abdomen show similar cells

smear shows spindle as well as round to oval cell admixture clusters. The appearance favours a neoplastic lesion. Biopsy suggested for further evaluation
