60 years female adult hypertensive on tazloc h but no good control .nondiabetic ,euthyroid with oa kee .no h।o fever cough chest pain.beathlessness odered xray knee but technician did cxr pa view. tg elevated mildly.rest all ok.comment on cxr plz. ecg echo reports kindly interpret

Cardiomegally and LVH is seen giving boot shaped appearance. Could be due to Hypertension. Take 2D echo.

Both lung fields are clear.. Cardiac shadow is WNL.

Boot shaped heart.due HT, valvular cause. Needs echo

Chest x-ray showing cardiovascular markings prominent, slightly mediastinum widening, lt basl hazyness. ECG- Normal sinus rhythm.
