ECG is normal Kindly look for acid peptic disease as cause of vomiting and chest discomfort

V4 to v6 recorded at Half standard V1 v2 placed high on chest that create IRBBB pattern WNL Do Serial ecg

Sinus rhythm,t wave inversion I lead1, and avl.st depression in lead 2,3avf . Needed Sr ECG, electrolyts, trop T, lipid profile,Sr cal.

St segment elevation in v1-v2,,do trop I ,repeat ecg

Ecg : WNL

NSR. WNL.

Ischemia ECG Is Normal Repeated

Slight St segment depression in lead 2 and avf.rule out inferior wall ischemia.
