2 year old girl - these wounds/sores started out as blisters and got worse after scratching them. Mother went to multiple doctors and diagnosed the child with HFMD. Child was prescribed with antiviral and antihistamine medication with no improvement. Got even worse. Had one time high grade fever. No other accompanying symptoms. Hx of diabetes in the family. Any thoughts on what this could be or look like? Thank you..

A 2years old female child has c/o eruptions on whole body since the age of 4months. So many drs of various systems treated without any improvement. Eruption initally appeared on the back at the age of 4 months. Eruptions begins with small black spots. Then it becme indurated and itch. Mild discharge of watery fluid or bleed easily. After healed the eruption keloid like swelling appears. In the scalp vsesicular eruptions. If it is reptured oozes blood. Arrest breath if she cry violently.Easily angered. Disturbed sleep due to itching photos attached. Kindly diagnose and suggest Rx.
