62yrs/F having C/o past medical history of non-insulin-dependent type 2 diabetes mellitus presented to Emergency with Sudden onset of breathlessness,Cough × 2days.Spo2 - 98% with 10L Oxygen support.HRCT CHEST FINDINGS?
Multiple peripheral ground glass opacities Typical of Covid 19 Adv Check for Covid 19, send RT PCR for Covid 19
Bil pleural effusion seen. Bil diffuse parenchymal reticulonoduler infiltration with GGos noted. Needs to evaluate for pulmonary edema CCF and atypical pneumonia. Adv Echo CD and CT thorax. Throat swab RT PCR for SARS cov 2. Diuretics. NIV with oxygen support. If indicated, iv antiviral therapy. LMWH.
