Mild cardiomegaly,large round opacity seen in the Lt upper lobe suggestive of lymphoma DD bronchogenic carcinoma

Xray chest shows round shaped opacity hilar region with haziness of lt lower lung Opacity may be due A Aneurysm B malignancy primary lymphoma or secondary C. Hydatid cyst Needs to be clinically evaluslated Blood examination CECt of chest Haziness of lower lt lung may be due to pneumonitis.

Aneurysm of Arch of aorta is to be ruled out, Echo,CT contrast studies is need to study .

Rounded smooth opacity left paratracheal and perihilar regions ? Mass, ? Aneurysm ,Hydadid cyst Suggest ECHO ,CECT

May be hydatid cyst please ask for CT scan of chest
