Spindle cell lesion

66 yr male, lump back for 5-6 months back. History of TB in wife 25 yrs back. Lal path report on fnac- NGL. On aspiration: Blood mixed material. No pain

I have never come across.. this abbreviated term.. NGL. What does it mean? Smears reveal large oval to polygonal cells with enlarged round nucleus... few binuclear... some plasmacytoid... in hemorrhagic and collagenous debris.. alongwith few spindle /plump cells. Dd Fibrohistiocytic lesion Nodular fascitis ? Myofbroblastoma ? Rhabdomyosarcoma ? Granular cell tumor. Sug.bx.ihc

NGL ( Non Granulomatous Lesion)?.If so yes.

Can be a soft tissue neoplasm. I would appreciate correlation with image study.
