Please mention if the swelling is hard or soft in nature A very good sign in this case is it causing the ear lobe to lift up which means it is tumor arising from parotid Looking at the age of patient Warthin's Tumor Pleomorphic adenoma Adenoid cystic carcinoma (what kind of fluid discharge was there) if chocolatey brown confirms the diagnosis Mucoepidermoid carcinoma Try aspirate and send for cytology. Before trying on biopsy

It seems like a case of space infection and abscess formation due to carious tooth . The patient cannot feel any pain due to continous discharge of pus and the offending tooth is still in place . Extraction and drainage of sinus tract .
