Vitamin d synthesis pathway?? Anyone could explain how vitamin d3 and vitamin d 25(oh) forms??

Hydroxylation produce the active form of vitD. 1,25 hydroxy Cholcalciferol It happens in liver and kidney.
I agree with Dr Tiwari. Complicated mechanism in simple but clinically correct way.
