81-year-old female presented with an increasing cough and a chest x-ray revealed a right lower lung mass. Reports are posted below. What treatment has been done here?

Dual chamber cardiac device in situ. Rt mid zonal infiltration seen. Possibly pneumonia. Rt posterior situated lung mass seen Adv CT guided biopsy HPE to conclude.

Cardiac PACEMAKER seen . Rt midzone firobronchiactatic lesion with Tracheal shift to right . TB , Sputum AFB and CBNATT, cytology, fungus

Infiltration seen in right midzone.mass lesion seen on posterior aspect in CT.needs CT guided biopsy for further diagnosis.
