Burning sensation after massage

A 29-year-old male with complaints of skin rashes in the back, accompanied by severe itching. From anamnesis it is known that the patient is engaged in sports. After an episode of myalgia, he went to a neurologist and to a physiotherapist and received massages with warming creams. In the course of massages, after the third procedure, the patient noted the appearance of a burning sensation in the place of massage, as well as the appearance of rashes with itching, slightly extending beyond the massage area. After the fifth massage procedure, the rash with itching started to spread beyond the first area, erythema increased. Suggestions?
