A 35 yrs old male pt.No DM,NoHTN,Not on any medicines.Having theses type of lesions on thighs and legs since about 1 month.Got releafe with antiallergic,antifungal application but reccurance.C/O first itching then lesions increases and starts burning.Pl diagnose and line of management.

Dx: TINEA Tt: Cap. Itraconazole200 1Hs for 2 months along with, Tab. Atarax 25 1hs (if Itching) Tab.Levocetrizine 1 morning Ketostar soap, Ketostar + Salicylic Acid Cream for Local Apply.
Tinea corporis. PO Itraconzole pulse therapy. Topical Clotrimazole powder and Luliconazole ointment for 3 months
Tenia corporis,Rx appropriate antifungal locally as well as orally

Tinea corporis ; tab itraconazole 200 bd for 15 days , sertraconazole oint twice daily application for 1 month , tab levocetirizine 5mg od for 20 days , avoid steroid oint ,
