Peripheral Vascular Disease AVM

A 19 yrs old male having history of swelling over dorsum of left hand for last 5 years. Which is gradually increasing in size. There is no history of trauma. He underwent surgery for its correction but swelling doesnot reduced after it. Suggest the provisional diagnosis. See the intraoperative picture's.

This is a tortuous dorsal vein ascending limb of arch probably swollened bcz of collaterals may have been thrombosed in past bcz of some iv counters Or it is a simple aneurysm need not to do any thing Since it is dissected out and recurrence of swelling if it is venous must be some collateral or molecular swelling need to keep under compress brace for a long period or permanently
