Diagnosis by KOH reveals Short Hyphae with buddibg yeast ... Ketoconazole and salicylic acid shampoo based lotion on lesions 1 hour before bath. Tab fluconazole 400 mg stat followed by 150 mg weekly once. Cap itraconazole 100 mg 3 weeks... After bath apply clotrimazole gel and dusting of powder Wearing cotton banians to remove the sweating on the lesions. Personal hygiene...
